First this Park is owned by Parkland Ventures Inc who owns 14 in MI and more in 7 states .So they think they can do what they want and make up their own rules and act like they are law ! when they by law can't enforce many of them ! They claim to to care about the tenants and are a pet friendly park ! which nether is further from the truth! even new tenants that they just lease to they don't do anything for one house by me right when he moved in 1/4 of his siding has been coming off and over a year later they still haven't f... read more

I JAVENT SEEN HOMES UET .COULD I SEE SOME
would stir completely clear of this place. Absolutely worst management team, if a team is what you call them. They are not helpful whatsoever. If you want to pay alot for rent and live in a place where you get no maintenance help then this might be the place for you. Also, while I'm here I'll let you know during summertime, the pool is maybe open twice a year. Literally was closed every day I passed it. Oh, and they never seem to answer the phone. I live here and the management is absolutely rude i am making formal complaints to her boss jim about how she treated me over an incident i had at the pool. I deserve to be treated respectfully as well as she does, but its a 1 way street with her.managment is all about themselves. They are going to learn the hard way when they drive all her tendants away because of her blatant disrespect. Stay away at all costs..they are dirty and unkempt..The floors in the bathroom was bad from a preexisting leak..Tub was peeling and was supposed to be fixed before we moved in..it didn't happen..Bill Sellers is a liar and a heartless loser..Don't trust these people..run away don't walk..let these be your last option because if not you real regret it..willow Springs, and willow terrace are also apart of them..moving away from here was the best decision I've ever made..If you want to lose money I'm sure you can find a better w... read more
Very happy with quality of maintenance. We just got a new home in here and it is a very lovely place. The manager and my new neighbors are all very welcoming.
Somehow I have moved back into the worst parts of Detroit. If you like kids running wild, folks hanging out if their houses almost 24/7 365 making noise, speeding loud cars, drugs, and shootings come live here. Management claims they have a violation policy but they won't enforce it on the trash they need to kick out of here. Yet they keep letting more trash in....
