A huge thank you to Hidden Lakes Cleaners and assistant manager Pearl for saving us on Sunday. We forgot to pick up suits that were needed in time for a 6 a.m. flight on Monday morning, and Pearl was nice enough to drive to the store and allow us to pick up our clothes on a day it is normally closed. Can't say enough about their customer service. They are under new management now and have bent over backwards to provide great service. I would recommend them to everyone.
OVERPRICED! I will not be back $25.00 for 4 men's shirts, and $46.00 for 13 just to be laundered and pressed with light starched.

Do not use this dry cleaner. I am 100% positive that I included a pair of black slacks when I dropped off my clothes to them this week. When packing for a business trip I noticed that my black slacks were not includued in the dry cleaning that I picked later that day. I called and they claim my black slacks were never checked in and they are sorry but there was nothing they could do. I used this cleaners for about 5 years. I received other customer's clothing numerous times. They were always gracious when I returned them. I wonder how many articles of clothing I lost and didn't realize it. But that is not why I am giving them a poor review. They ripped the buttons off on a sleeve of a brand new dress shirt. When we brought it to their attention their first comment was "well you don't bring clothes to us very often." What! Really, look again. We were told the manager would call us.
