Poor quality apartments and worst service and management! Do yourself a favor, don't even bother to check this apartment. Worst maintenance service and terrible people at front office. I lived in this apartment for about 3 yrs. Basically I didn't want to shift the apartment. During this time we faced 1 severe leakage problem, multiple small leakage, one drainage system changing other problems. You will find more maintenance guys inside your apartment frequently. Charged for the damage which I was not responsible I lived in the apartment for 13 months and moved out. I also handed over the key to the leasing office by month end. Had a pre inspection with the property maintenance for the apartment. He visited and said nothing wrong about the apartment. But after 30 days, the bill generated got damage for carpet, cleaning of Tub and Tiles for $135 which I am not responsible. Renter be aware! I have lived here for 5 years, and this place has gone from OK to worst. While it is in a GREAT location and close to many shopping and restaurants, it still pales to the competition. It has become apparent that this property is desperate for money. Many of the locations around us have had black top replaced and this property has continued to kind of fix tire popping holes and they recently black topped the whole property without completely fixing the holes and the holes continue to get worse. Serenity at arms length We live in a single bedroom third floor apartment facing the lake. There are no apartments to one side of our unit and the walls are thick enough for us throw a party without disturbing neighbors. The lake view is awesome irrespective of the time of the day or the day of the year. Ok, if it wasn't for... The complex couldn't be in a better location! It is within 5 miles of everything, huge mall, grocery store, hospital and major free ways. Nice pool and nice grounds and it allows pets, even large dogs. My only complaint is the apartment itself. It is run down with outdated appliances. One of my electric stove burners does not work, the vent fan is filthy and does not remove cooking odors and/or steam/smoke.
