This is a wonderful location, plenty of things to do, beautiful lake/ pond. And the staff is friendly, understanding, and reliable. The one issue I had with a busted pipe was fixed immediately.

UPDATE: Definitely a scam. Out of the 1400$s i paid for a deposit only 350 of it was registered as a "security deposit" the rest were "Operation fees and move in" so despite my apartment needing no repairs or maintenance at the time of move in (verified by staff) I still owe a small balance. Save your money and time. While I lived here for 2 years the gate worked a total of 17 days. Trash piled up and the compactor was unusable.
