We were looking for places for a family member to move into around the Fayetteville area. We started on a Saturday making phone calls and then short listing down to a few to drive and physically look at. The grounds were well kept and the fitness center was in good order. The leasing staff (Melissa and KeKe) were awesome with information and prompt to call back. They were very flexible as our plans changed 3 times over two days as to when we could tour. editing my 5 star review to a 3 star after 6 months of living here (3 stars because most of this isn’t the direct fault of staff). This place has an employee turnaround rate that is absolutely ridiculous. None of the employees are trained to navigate this very corporate run establishment. Not only that, but they fish for good reviews and are so sweet to your face because they’re trying to clean up the public’s opinion and raise their rent rates.
