Recommendedmy Husband and I moved into Hidden Lakes about 1 1/2 ago and we love it here. Hidden Lakes is ideally located off the 5. The neighborhood is clean, quiet and safe. The staff at Hidden Lakes is always friendly and eager to help. Ronna always goes the extra mile to assist us as needed. The maintenance staff is great as well. When we have an issue, it’s usually resolved the same day. Overall, living at Hidden Lakes Condo has been a great experienc. I would highly recommend it.
Wanted to give a big thank you to our maintenance staff. Alex and Anthony provide 5 star service with a smile and such fast response. We have never had an issue they have not been able to fix and quickly! Thank you!
I loved living at Hidden Lake! The location was perfect for my commute being so close to the 5 and Consumnes River Blvd. The new shopping center (not to mention my fave The Nugget) are right there as well as wine tasting on the back roads just 10 minutes away. I felt safe there walking my dog at any time of the evening and I saw the security frequently driving around the community. The duck ponds are an added feature I wasn't expecting and it was really peaceful.
Good price for area, really quite place, comfort apartments and big parking space.

I've been a resident for over 5 years and have to say that the management team along with the maintenance staff is second to none. They are all very friendly and very attentive to the residents needs. Any maintenance work is done promptly with care and consideration to not disrupt my family and I. They definitely stay on top of making sure the community is clear of debris, leaves, tree trimming, and fixing any hazards that may come up. The atmosphere definitely feels safe.
