do not move here since I been here it been one thing after another first the leasing agent told me that I didnt have to pay my water until next rent so a few days go by the manager put a note on my day saying I need to pay that and I explain what the agent said she said that was wrong and that the agent no longer work for the office so that was more money out the pocket, so the next major thing that happen was my mirror on my car was damaged by someone I notice this one day going to work.then a few months later my car was da... read more
The price is good BUT there are issues with contacting the office during office hours. Sometimes the office is locked and you have no person to speak with so you must leave a message and hope they will contact you. Maintenance may or may not speak english so if you are not latin american you might not be able to explain your problem to maintenance. Maintenance does not always complete jobs and is often not capable of doing certain jobs that require professional skills as they are handy men and not licensed or certified with ... read more
