The property is under new management now and I hey have been amazing! The new staff bring a really comforting vibe into the leasing office, which is nice. Maintenance has been very fast and professional as well. As a long term resident, I do appreciate all the hard work they have put in so far.
One thing in life that's constant is change.. Great new staff in leasing office, very pleasant. Looking forward to another year here at The Laurel..
Hot water doesn’t exist here… maintenance request isn’t going to solve your problem either I have over 6 maintenance requests they mark each and every one of them complete & never made an attempt to fix them.. I can’t open not 1 window in my apartment God forbid there’s a fire my family would have one hell of a lawsuit
Communication isn’t this place strongest key.. I been putting in maintenance request to have things fix these people are marking them complete and not even making an attempt to fix anything, March 2025 I’m asking for my leasing paperwork because I knew my lease here was coming to an end thank God as I’m getting ready to move my stuff out and switch my Georgia power they sending me an email saying my lease isn’t over in July I don’t understand why nobody said anything til April 4 when I been asking since March I been emailing... read more
This is a very nice community office/maintenance staff are amazing people which makes the property a place you can call home and they're affordable.
