I just moved in here last night three broken drawers in the kitchen that literally collapsed into the cabinet the manager barely looked at me when I went to complain the sliding doors on their closets don’t even have tracks and while I was trying to hang my clothes literally fell off on me each panel weighs about 50lbs and they expect to slide smoothly with no track across carpet. I love it here. This is the best apartment complex I’ve ever stayed at. Michelle and Olga are awesome. I transferred to a bigger apartment k the same complex and they made it so easy and fun. :)
WARNING FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY We’ve lived at Hidden Hills for coming up on a year and were initially hopeful about the community. Unfortunately, our experience has been overshadowed by repeated safety and nuisance issues that management has failed to resolve despite multiple complaints. We’ve reported multiple ongoing problems — including drug use near our building, loud disturbances late at night, fireworks, and unsafe behavior around the property — backed by photos, videos, and written notice.
