Update-leasing mgmt reached out-via email, with a huge invoice. They have NO interest on taking responsibility for my experience. Well, moved in 1-15-2023, everything was okay, until I looked up on the ceiling in the kitchen-caked on grease-never cleaned. Maintenance came to clean it. Ice maker not working, brought a ice tray that did not fit-that was their solution. Dishwasher had to be fixed, oven light had to be fixed. Stains in master tub would never go away. Maintenance is amazing! It was the main deciding factor I used to choose which complex! They are so prompt (most, if not all, of my maintenance requests are completed within a day or two)! They are so kind (have always struck up a conversation with me if I happen to be there when they are)! They are great at what they do (fix whatever the issue is each time so repeated requests aren't needed)! The biggest of thank-yous to the maintenance team!
Maintenance has improved a tenfold over the last year! Very responsive, kind and cleanly. (Only saying the cleanly part because on previous years we have had issues with them leaving behind a huge mess) I have nothing but good things to say about the maintenance recently! Edgar has especially been great, always come in with a positive attitude and smiling and gets the job done!
Hidden Hills maintenance is quick to respond and gets things done. They are very sweet and kind. 100% recommend!!!
