If I could rate this complex less than 1 star, I would. If you are thinking of moving here - please look elsewhere! This is the worst apartment I have lived in and I am happy to be able to leave this review since we are finally moving out. The only pros are location and rent - yes, this is a good location in Laguna Niguel and yes, the rent is some of the lowest you will find in South OC (but you get what you pay for). I couldn’t be happier with my experience at this complex! The maintenance team is outstanding—always prompt, professional, and reliable. Marco and Luis Señor are absolute stars—whenever something needs attention, they’re on it right away with a smile and a positive attitude. They’re always friendly, and efficient, making sure everything is in top shape. It’s so reassuring to live in a space, where residents concerns are really acknowledged and promptly taken care of. Truly appreciate the entire Hidden Hills Team!
