Been here 14 years, and my only complaint would be the folks who ignore the Association By-Laws. Most of the owners here are about an orderly, mutually considerate lifestyle that's free from drama. Then there are the few others (perhaps those listed below). Maintenance is handled reasonably / Board hears out resident concerns & addresses promptly / violations handled to satisfy the desirable owners not causing drama. Can confirm with Nostromo909. Moved in and the first day, during the move in, my wife's car was ever so slightly on the grass. Old crotchety neighbor lady comes out to complain. Neighbors with dogs constantly walk through our back yard area, even at night which is a bit odd to look out and see someone looking into your condo. Within a week we have received a complaint that we didn't clean up a dog mess in our back yard fast enough. WTF. Don't these people have anything better to do than worry about what goes on in MY condo?
The grounds are very nice and the locations is great. HOWEVER the complex is filled with miserable old people who have literally nothing better to do than spy on each other and rat each other out to the association and/or management company who make no investigation whatsoever and send out nasty grams and threatening letters. I've only been here a year and between that and their yappy dogs that bark non stop I'm ready to sell. I put tons of time, effort and sweat-equity fixing up the place and I feel like I've wasted my time... read more
