I am someone who as lived here since i was 6 years old, and as of right now, i have some complaints, for anyone that plans on living here, some things to have in mind is that 1. Place is overrun by a bunch of delinquents, shouting obscenities and leaving trash at times, they constantly hop the fence to enter the pool area, play loud music and can be a nuisance for those around. My goodness I can't say enough about my experience here. Everyone was so helpful and attentive especially Ms Ashley. Outstanding customer service and beautiful property. Wishing that everything was as easy as moving here.
On My first night at the apartment I ve just leased I realized the heater unit was broken. It produced too loud noises that I could not sleep, and it did not produce any heat. I got cold, got sick and could not work for several days. Next day I came to the office and I said I did not want to live there. According to their 30 days satisfaction guarantee (at least how I was explained during the tour) I could just drop the Keys and leave, and they would issue me a refund for the month (for the days that I have not stayed at the... read more
A few days in and Hidden hills already feels like home! Great experience from the showroom tour to getting the keys to our new place and this is all thanks to ASHLEY ! Ashley was very helpful, exited , and quick to answer any question we had ! She also made it very easy step by step to get in so smoothly! We are so exited and thank you Hidden hills.
Had a few issues while living here but maintenance was fast to resolve. Luis M. in particular was very helpful! He fixed the garbage disposal, replaced some baseboards, and even tightened up a loose toilet seat without being asked. All around great and friendly service!
