Regret / top 8 reasons to avoid 1. 3.75$ for a tiny washing machine in complex and the dryers won’t dry your cloths the first go around ( no in unit hookups ) 2. Theft packages have gone missing off door steps and your car will be gone through if not secured (no scatter brained moments allowed ) 3. Sirens all the time (nightly ) high activity for noises and you just don’t feel safe 4. Shady Owner, Mold, Theft, Bad Neighborhood There is mold in EVERY single apartment but they will make you sign an agreement that states there's no mold in the unit at the time you move in. Literally as soon as the windows are closed for 1 whole day mold spores start popping up everywhere. The towing company this complex has an agreement with is Retreiver Towing. Hidden Hills There's no management on site here. Sometimes that's nice because it means you can sneak into the laundry room (which closes at 8pm) in the middle of the night if you need to wash your work clothes. But it also means that your neighbors don't care about being loud. All of the windows face each other and there are no AC units (you can't even install your own in the windows), so every summer you can hear everything that every neighbor is doing because they all have their windows open 24/7.
