It’s a very nice community very quiet very luxurious...
The management team need to put out letter to all tenants that live on the second floor need to be aware that there are tenants living below them. A family just moved above me and they have three kids and it’s been constant running and jumping and the ceiling fans in our apartment constantly is shaking, it’s sounds like the floors are paper thin I don’t know. Im adding to this review because of recent developments. After about 2 years of having the gym closed, they have this whole grand opening thing to find out it’s only open during business hours so if you’d like to use the gym on a Sunday that’s not going to be possible or pretty much any time because these people open at 10am you can’t even go use the fitness center before you work either if you have a 9-5. Unfortunately, the team reflects poor ownership. We moved from this community and still are dealing with them because they can not get their operations rights. The people in the community are nice but if you are looking to get your money’s worth from a competent responsive management team this is not the place. Our next step is to contact the city to file a complaint as they continue to waist our time.

*******UPDATE****** I'm pissed and relieved to say in the least. Today we received a call from creditor saying we didn't pay our water bill when we moved out. A little history: we moved out Aug 15th 2018. I had moved an hour NE and explained that with 2 toddlers I didn't want to be driving back and forth 2 hours to take care of the water bill we were waiting for so I gave them my address to forward the new bill to.
