Took them over a year to fix my leaky bathroom faucet!! Now they want to charge us extra for their water and sewer bills!! For me is an extra 25/mo due to their neglect and their water bills. And that's just for starters. I was awakened at approx 1015 this AM to a crash in my bathroom. Part of ceiling has fallen I to my bath tub.
