I asked for a brown color a shade or 2 lighter than what i had, they gave me a bleach and tone and tried gaslighting me into agreeing that my hair looked like the pictures i showed , it did not. for reference heres my hair and the reference i showed.

I absolutely love my hair! I wanted to add a new color plus some highlights, but without having to bleach it and she completely understood what I had in mind. I loved the results, my hair looks so healthy and with more life, it was exactly what I was hoping for. She’s so easy to talk to, really listens, and makes the whole experience fun and relaxing. These reviews don't lie! I don't frequent hair salons, but will be coming here regularly from now on. Mary did mine and my daughter's hair and it was the most pleasant experience, I have never seen our hair look better. Please go out of your way to find this studio, you won't regret it!

I scheduled a full hair color appointment with Mary, and the moment I walked in, I was greeted with smiles & excitement to start. Mary and her daughter were so kind, and their shop was the best. They made sure I was comfortable & made the experience incredibly enjoyable. My hair turned out great and I would 100% be going back.
