I didn’t have a good experience having my haircut and first time getting a short haircut. I figured it had good reviews so I made an appointment with Sarkan, showed him a picture what I wanted, says trust me, so I did, he used a razor blade the whole time. 1st attempt my hair looked like a round mop, didn’t like it. Absolutely awful customer service. I was looking to book hair and make up for my daughter and myself for her upcoming Bat Mitzvah, and after leaving two voicemails in July someone finally answered the phone and said they'd call me back shortly but didn't. Due to the proximity of the salon to the venue I kept trying knowing under normal circumstances I would never tolerate this. I had a keratin treatment yesterday with the owner and she was excellent. Also the girl who washed my hair and helped to start the treatment, was excellent as well. I am very bad with names so I can’t remember, but I think the Owners’s name is Janice. Both very personable and NICE. They made me feel very welcomed and very much at home. The other girls who work there were very sweet as well, offering me something to drink and making sure I was comfortable. If I could give zero stars I would. I got here today and drove 45 minutes for my keratin treatment and I was knocking on the door and the lights are out and no one‘s here and nobody even called me to tell me that they’re closed for some reason today. I’m so upset because I had this appointment scheduled For over a week when I could’ve scheduled it with someone else since I took the day off of work today.
