We’ve had our hidden fence in Hudson Wi, for over 20 years. Every time I’ve needed service or repair, they’ve responded promptly and always fast. Customer service is excellent and service is impeccable. Recently I needed a new receiver/transmitter component. Jane’s was at my house within the hour and knowing I was in a meeting, replaced the unit for me. That’s service!!! Thank you James. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to add a hidden fence for their pets.
We’ve had our Hidden Fence system for over 10 years and have been extremely happy! Last night we had an issue with our collar and James stopped by to fix it this morning. Very quick service! Highly recommend.
