From start to finish, Brittany made everything smooth and stress-free, ensuring all my questions were answered and every detail was taken care of. Staff and maintenance are great. Anytime I've had a problem they got back with me quickly. Affordable and clean. I had an issue with my rent and they worked with me during the issue without being mean or threatening Highly recommend
You can find better living conditions at the same price elsewhere. Management and maintenance doesn’t care about you or the work that needs to get done. They’ll ask you to move in without seeing the apartment. Their prices continue to increase every year without upgrades being done to make it worth the money. You can submit work orders for maintenance and you could be ignored for months and even years, this includes simple things that only cost a couple of dollars and 10 minutes of time. Management is very friendly and understanding. Maintenance is respectful of residents' comfort and privacy. They quickly responds to any requests. They also do a great job making sure we have a nice clean pool every summer. The Community Builders are wonderful people. They plan and host several events for residents every month at the community center. Great place for families with children.
Do NOT rent from these people! My daughter had mold issues, water leaks, pipes backing up and not only does it take days to get maintenance into the place, they don’t fix it! Due to having a newborn she was forced to move out for the safety of her child and they want her to pay $1400 AFTER she was told she could break the lease. BEWARE if you’re looking to make this place your home!
