Francisco was awesome, very knowledgeable and professional. He explained what he was going to do, and how he was going to do it, and allowed me to see the final results for myself. He always takes care of the job quickly, and efficiency. He definitely has made my experience living here a lot more smoother.
I am please with the changes of maintenance staff. Service requests have been getting done with urgency and communication. Mr Vasquez recently did work in our unit. It is always a pleasure to have him as he communicates well and he never has to come back to work on something twice. Thank you!
Very peaceful quiet environment, neighbors mind their business, management is nice, maintenance fast and quick.
Living here I had very little privacy neighbors listening through my door doing more than just name calling between the ones over my head & across the hall ... No privacy what so ever no peace && not much rest more to it than that && crying myself to sleep here every night is not an option it's ok that i no longer live here me & my child safety and wellbeing matters said they would have maintenence fix the front gates in the front office here. I also fixed one of the doors here free of charge.didn't have the best living expe... read more
