Great place to call home !!! Maintenence superb !!
The rugs are full of mold. Condensation seeping through the cement slab into the walls. Mold on all windows seals, in carpet, broken windows not fixed, dishwashers are cheap and won't close properly. Mold on personal properly that must be thrown away. Sloppy workmanship. Previous management did not eradicate the issue, just wanted them to purchase a dehumidifier..Now that the mold issues made it to the paper, management are giving dehumidifiers and tell tenants to spray hydrogen-peroxide on mold. Never rent from Hidden Creek!!! Worst apt I have ever had. Almost no natural light - blocked by adjacent building. Upstairs neighbors were tweakers and were always walking around waking me up - I didn't get a good night sleep for an entire year!!!
