After selling my home, I decided to search for an apt until I buy again and looked into the N. Ridgeville area which was highly recommended. Although I like the area very much I was SHOCKED once I stepped into the leasing office the smell of cigarette smoke was so thick you could cut it with a knife. I introduced myself but she was too engaged in some sort of a dispute with who seemed like one of her maintenance men that she took a moment to stop hand me her card and quickly tell me, what I needed to qualify and she had not... read more
Went in for a tour and the lady was a huge jerk, very dismissive and just all around incredibly unpleasant. Will not be trying to live here.
Extremely bad experience, you can't make request for almost any maintenance, they got mice and ants issues if you complain they will ask you to leave. Windows don't block the cold during winter and heating units are terrible.
Do you enjoy constantly repeating yourself about repairs only to be ignored? Do you have a desire to life in an aquatic landscape. If so this is the place for you. If you get a basement level apartment don’t expect it to be dry and really don’t expect anyone to resolve the issue. Sure you only have to pay for electric and the rent is relatively cheap but you’ll end up fearing every time it rains. The staff are relatively friendly if you can get ahold of them. My daughter inquired about an apartment here. Lori was very rude.. not seemingly a smart business woman. Because if she was ,she would not have all these negative reviews. Glad we are moving on!
