The management is really nice! I have lived here for three years and have had no problems. The maintenence staff is always on top of it. My washer went out last week and they switched it out that day!
awful service and extra charge for carpet cleaning – This property belongs to C&R real estate service company. They have very bad reviews if you google it. We used to live here. When we moved out, we were charged for $105 pet treatment fee for pet odor control. The funny thing is we never had a pet! We tried to contact their manager. But we never get any response from them!
