This is my 11th year in the Hidden Canyon complex and I love it here. Both the manager and the leasing agent are amazing. They are both helpful, patience and get the job done. The staff here do their best to keep the property clean and well maintained. Not to mention, its very quiet within the complex. Keep up the good work guys!
If I could give this place zero stars I would. Horrible management. Never been to an apartment complex that was as bad as this one. Gave me the run around, asking for one thing and another, just for them to tell me I wasn't accepted. A waste of my time. Time and money I could have used to look into other places. Payed the inicial fees on line, obviously with card and now they want to send me a check by mail? Why not Put it back in my card? At the end of the day im somewhat glad I wasn't accepted. Man idk if its my neighbors but ive been infested with ants for the past month and every day we have to bleach counters down and either sweep and/or mop the whole house before a new ant colony appears again throughout the kitchen and bathrooms i dont know if this is the houses itself or my neighbors but i am very uncomfortable in my own home and no knowing whats causing this makes me more anxious especially with an ant or two crawling on my arm in bed every few days WITH WINGS.🤢
I visited the property for a tour and the staff immediately greeted me. I felt very welcomed and taken care of. The landscape? absolutely gorgeous, you do not have that greenery in Las Vegas! The townhomes are also very spacious. I recommend Hidden Canyon for anyone moving it’s a good location and lots of upcoming shopping centers, community parks. I am just waiting for my current lease to end in December and will for sure be applying here!
