I saw a Groupon for wash and blow dry for $18.50. Once I arrived she said I had too much hair for that price. It would be $35. She barely washed my hair and didn't appear to use conditioner. Once we got to her chair she claimed my hair was very dry. She was rough like other reviews claimed and kept scratching the back of my neck with her nails. Avoid at all cost, Scam !! I bought Groupon for partial highlights and haircut with shampoo and conditioner. Since I bought it from Groupon so I was not expecting good service, but it was worse than I was expecting. First I was told I can’t use Groupon that day, so I paid almost $$$ Then I made appointment again so I can use my Groupon. The lady said Groupon won’t cover it I have to pay extra !! She did AMAZING! First time there and I showed her an old picture of my hair and she completely fixed my hair to what it looked like. It was my favorite haircut and color, no one has ever been able to duplicate…BUT, She DID! Thank you so much hidden beauty! Found my beauty again! And did it in such a professional and timely manner. Definitely worth trying and I am now a client for life.
