I came in for the first time for a threading visit. Appointments are easy to make through their website. There wasn't a long wait maybe because I made an appointment. There were several walk-ins also. Simi was friendly, welcoming and very professional as well as efficient. I would definitely go back because she did such a good job cleaning and shaping my unruly eye-brows. Also the place is very clean and well lit!

My brows are really hard to work with because they grow a lot and are basically clear (very very VERY light blond). Despite this, Simi gave me the best shape I have ever seen a threader give me. She also answered some questions I had about general brow care and did all of this in less than 10 minutes. Only $20 with tax out the door (you bet I tipped !) 10/10 service, love this shop and will be returning monthly for my brows
