Denied service stating I had made an appointment before and did not show up, I’ve never been to this business before when I asked when the appointment was made they did not even have a record of said appointment not a business with integrity and definitely will not be taking my business there.

I am very disappointed with my experience. I drove all the way from Stafford for a gel manicure and pedicure, and as a mother, it is not easy for me to find the time for a self-care appointment. The nail technician seemed rushed the entire time, and the service felt incomplete. The hand and foot massage lasted only a few seconds, and I was told I would be charged extra for callus removal, which I expected to be included with the pedicure. Fatima was AMAZING!! The haircut came out exactly how I wanted it. I asked for layers and a face frame and it looks amazing and exactly how I envisioned it! I’ve gotten so many compliments since leaving the salon. I love it and will definitely be back for my next haircut!
