I’m only giving one star because there’s no option for zero. The management is low quality at best. They treat their industrious employees with disdain. They refuse to reimburse their employees for time/fuel/and other out of pocket materials. The employees that they do keep are instructed to lie to tenants and will not get the work done. The place is falling apart and patched with bands aids. The upper management has cut the budget for repairs and tenants will be the ones to suffer.
