Great selection, easy on the wallet, nice quality and fast!!
Wonderful selection of Japanese saws and other quality tools. Great service! And they have saws sharpened correctly, every time.
My first online order was back ordered and I actually received a personal apology email from one of their folks! Talk about service- these folks are fabulous! So glad I found them!
My mother just walked out of Hida, glowing with excitement: "I can't wait to prune something!"
Impressive selection of true Japanese knives and tools. Great knowledge and customer service. I love this place!!!
I have mail ordered from this company and have always had prompt and fast service. I visited the store in Berkeley, it is a real treat! With sounds of tools being sharpened and the sight of a diligent staff filling orders.
