This place is a cluster f*ck. The employees are lazy, rude and stink of marijuana. They have no respect for their customers and they do the bare minimum to get your money. I had an appointment at 11:00am on a Sunday and ended up waiting in their parking lot until 11:45am when someone finally decided to drag their butt out of bed and go to work (the guy was still in his pajamas). I had an issue with some HID Lights and I left so mad... After I calm down and contact them they took care of me very easy and nicely which is how it should be... Thanks for the help and for sure after that I'll be a customer here for sure ;)...
Wow what an experience I had with this company. Got my car lifted and some other stuff done and the staff treated me like family. Joe the onwer was a pleasure to work with. Also went to the shop in Sanford and the service was just as good. Good group of guys to work with. Big shout out to Pedro who did the lift, riding good homie. And also to Alex at the Sanford shop. Hurry up and open in Haines city.
