As an owner of HICV, these are never available for owners. They have availability for cash which is a rip off for long time owners of the resort. Also when they were Silverleaf, you had access to all amenities anywhere as long as you were an owner, now you are denied access unless you are booked in specific to the signature building.
The worst ever experience the service the worst they treat you like shit, we had to wait for hours to find transportation, they don’t have restaurant and they do not help you to find anything…. Never come here
EXCELLENT experience from beginning to end! The Holiday Inn Club Vacations in Galveston (Jamaica Beach) is top tier. I was born in Galveston and vacation here. Beautifully remodeled with a gorgeous infinity pool and hot tub overlooking the Gulf. Amazing customer service 👏 👌
