Rented a property through this groups management. Almost everything was ok until move out. Property manager required the house be near perfect at movement. Better than at move in. Spent more than $400 in repairs at move out. Charges included (painting walls, trimming hedges, mopping the kitchen, cleaning the oven, cleaning the microwave) Even after having home professionally cleaned with receipt provided I was still charged. Would not recommend. If you have other options I’d take them. Poor business practices.
