Came here to top rope and the staff didn’t have any instructors that wanted to help. They were all very rude. Been to gyms on the mainland. This was not my first gym. Love Hawai’i. This place could do better. They could not email my refund and had to also print a paper copy.
HiClimb is an amazing climbing gym. The space is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Every detail feels intentional, from the layout of the bouldering routes to the friendly front desk staff who are willing to answer any questions you have. The setting here is awesome. A bunch of interesting problems everytime I come visit. The grade is on the stiffer side though lol.
