Worst customer service ever. Do not hire!Hired them to clean my roof, hard surfaces and fence and it's been an ongoing nightmare.- Showed up 3+ hours late for first cleaning - Had to ask them to redo latticework in fence. I hired this company based on professional reviews through multiple locations. I needed my gutters fixed as well as cleaned to make sure everything is operating at full capacity. I knew my gutter was slightly detaching from the facia because you could see a small gap from the ground. I had no idea why this was happening, but wanted to find the best company to resolve this. I hired HiCleaners to do my gutters. What pushed me to hire someone was the fact that water was seeping into my walls and it had caused a tan spot in my ceiling, anyways I wanted the best people to come out to start the process of remedying the problem. The first step was to obviously fix anything that may be causing the problem, in my case it was rotting facia boards and clogged gutters. The facia had rotted because i never cleaned my gutters. Very professional people, they make sure you are taken care of. They came out to do an estimate quickly, and scheduling was a breeze too. I chose to just accept their bid based on all the good reviews from the website that i found them on. I chose all three of their services. basically my house had the gutters cleaned, the siding pressure washed and the windows cleaned. My house literally feels like its brand new. Will definately hire them in the future, thanks guys!!!
