Great place everyone was so nice great selection of eye glasses everything was so quick and easy this is the place I will be going all the time.very happy.
My glasses unexpectedly broke yesterday at 8:45am. I called Hicksville Optical and they immediately addressed it and I had them fixed before lunchtime! Sumit is so helpful and will find the solution to any problem quickly with the kindest demeanor and ease. Thank you Sumit and Hicksville Optical!!!
RecommendedI recently broke my knee and during the process My glasses were broken. Hicsville optical worked quickly to get me new frames and then informed me that I had replacement coverage for the lenses which saved me money. Yhe only complaint I have is that they are not handicapped accessible

I was very pleased with the service and selection! Sumit was very helpful and accommodating...he didn't make me feel rushed and was very honest about which lens package was the most appropriate for me( which, by the way, was NOT the highest priced package). I would recommend them to everyone.
