Hicksville florist is great, they will attempt everything to make things right and the way you want it. My go to florist!
Valentine’s Day and they pick up the phone and hang up right away. They delivered 1 out of 2 arrangements that were 100$ each!!!! Now I get to drive there and ask where my other arrangement is because they hang up the phone as soon as they pick up. Ridiculous how they run a business like this.
I messed up my online order but phoned in and Alice fixed the whole situation in under 5 minutes. They’ve got the best flowers on Long Island here.
