I received nice flowers for my father’s funeral. However, the process was not as convenient. I called Hicksville florist to place an order and I wanted things to be just right as I wanted to honor my father. I couldn’t understand the lady that answered the phone, so I went in person. The Asian lady was a little short and cold and didn’t seem like she wanted to help, but a girl came to assist. How do you get through to this florist? The phone just rings and rings. We paid for same day delivery and have waited three days - no confirmation, no status update, no delivery tracking. What’s the best way to contact the store??
