Great first experience! I called last minute to order flowers and was told they were very busy and had a lot of orders. However, they were still able to prepare my flowers in time. The arrangement turned out beautiful and I was so happy with the result! I really appreciate them going the extra mile. I’ll definitely order from them again!
I received nice flowers for my father’s funeral. However, the process was not as convenient. I called Hicksville florist to place an order and I wanted things to be just right as I wanted to honor my father. I couldn’t understand the lady that answered the phone, so I went in person. The Asian lady was a little short and cold and didn’t seem like she wanted to help, but a girl came to assist.
