Dr. Hicks cares about her patients. She really listens to my concerns and and has a background and provides so much insight and knowledge on whatever is going on with me. she has an approach and appreciation for all had patience. I’ve been seeing her for 6 years and I’m 35. She has helped me lose weight, learn how to eat better and she has met my met my physical and medical goals to the up most degree! Thanks Doctor Hicks for all you do!!!

You have to wait hours before you are seen; with an appointment. I wouldn't recommend her to care for a dog.

It was fantabulous! She is very professional and patient. She is very thorough and listen to your concerns. I want to thank you Dr. Hicks for taking time to help me, it really meant a lot. I can’t begin to explain how much you have encouraged me. You are a ray of sunshine, thanks for brightening my day! Thanks for the excellent care and attention you provide.

Terrible terrible experience. Had to wait for two hours only for her to come and telling me if my lab results are low or high!! Like seriously do you think I cannot do this on my own with the normal ranges are on the same paper. She didn’t follow up with me regarding my pain, antibiotic course, not even a modest physical exam. Really terrible experience and the funny part is that she is the main doctor.

I feel like her not good need some help in office. Call no one answered the phone. I will not tell no about her. I cancel my appointment with her.

I like Dr Hick’s professionalism and apparent medical knowledge in focusing on my problems when she comes into the exam room. She also always takes the time needed to clearly address my problems.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hicks for a number of years. She takes her time with you. She is very candid about your needs. She works with the community to allow interns to work in her office. I have watched her be a great teacher to these students in trying to correct their professional behavior. As an educator, I admire this about her. Dr. Hicks has help me through several medical ordeals and I am grateful to her.

Dr. Hicks office provides the one on one that you want! I don't feel that she is rushing to get to another patient and that she is genuinely concern about her patients (Me). Her staff is concerned as well and provides excellent customer service! As I waited to see Dr. Hicks for the first time, I noticed the varies races and genders that were there to see her! At that moment I knew I had made the right decision! Thank you, Dr. Hicks and your Staff.

This is the most unprofessional doctors office I’ve ever stepped foot in. It’s a hit or miss if they answer the phone and whoever they have answering the phone will tell you any kind of lie to get you off of the phone. I was hospitalized last month and needed documentation for work and was lied to everyday about the paperwork being done but clearly it wasn’t. I had to take more time off work to physically go up there and watch her print and fill out the paperwork. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DR HICKS
