I scheduled a consult for a divorce and paid $100. Amy was not prepared for our meeting. Poor communication, inadequate office personnel with low customer service skills that don’t relay information to opposing counsel by deadline. Had to point out and spell out mistakes made by lawyer and staff and get billed for it. Promises to fight for client but doesn’t deliver.
