If I could leave ZERO stars I would. My grandparents called to make an appointment said he’d be out this morning at 8am. They got up early and waited until after 12pm and called and asked why he didn’t show up. He told them that if they didn’t like it then they need to find someone else to do the job for them and hung up on them and when they called back he didn’t answer and was sending them straight to voicemail. Completely unprofessional.
