Eli is excellent. He throughly inspected my roof and took pictures so he could explain to me everything going on with my roof. He took care of the problems the same day.
I love this company they care about people.
My dealings with Hicks Roofing began back in September 2006, when they replaced my old shingles with new. By September 2009, heavy rains exposed a leak coming in through a vent pipe. I called Hicks, explained the problem. I was told I would be 'Put on a list' for someone to come out and determine what the problem was. Long story short, it was not until March of 2010 before the leak problem was resolved, six months later! They not only stole $500 bucks they did not install my roof properly at all. They had to come repair my ceiling where they never secured the heater vent on the roof! The ridge caps buckled and had to come out and fix that. When they didn’t seal the vent for the heater, water ran into the house pooling in the ceiling in a bedroom until the ceiling collapsed. They did come out and so called repaired the ridge caps and the ceiling but it happened again and this time went throughout the same bedroom and this time into my living ... read more
