Eli is excellent. He throughly inspected my roof and took pictures so he could explain to me everything going on with my roof. He took care of the problems the same day.
I love this company they care about people.
My dealings with Hicks Roofing began back in September 2006, when they replaced my old shingles with new. By September 2009, heavy rains exposed a leak coming in through a vent pipe. I called Hicks, explained the problem. I was told I would be 'Put on a list' for someone to come out and determine what the problem was. Long story short, it was not until March of 2010 before the leak problem was resolved, six months later!
