Roper Roofing are experts at nothing BUT scamming people. Do not use this company! After 3 years of roof leaks AFTER they replaced my roof, I finally had to get the flat roof on the second floor completely replaced again. The new roofer told me that Roper had used the cheapest materials available to repair my flat roof - and that it had been improperly installed to begin with. Complaint filed with BBB.
Mr. Roper and his son both tried to scam me. We made a deal in Macon for 10,000 total. Gave Roper Roofing 5000 to start. They didn't start for around 8 months. When they did, Roper Roofing did nothing they said they would do. He sent two non English speaking workers on my commercial building with paint rollers and a broom. Still leaks, 1 year later after covering the roof. He wanted the rest of the money and I said impossible with the leaks still.
