Jim is the worst person you could hire. Lies and cheats from the start and never looks out for you. He will bring in offers from his “investors” and protect them at all cost or they won’t buy his listings anymore. He recommends his son to do repairs that will increase the value of you property but the workmanship is that of a 5 year old and then he steals from you. It was only then I found out the son had s drug problem and been in and out of jail most of his life.
