The company saved me over $2000 on home and auto insurance with more coverage ! Glad I got a quote and switched.
I've had the worse experience with this company. They set me up with Travelers for my uber ride. I turned my Uber car in and canceled my insurance. Now, they say I didn't cancel correctly, because they didn't get a signed form. Instead of calling me back to tell me they/travelers didn't get the form they sent me to collections. Now, they want me to find proof of when I turned in the car over a year ago. I would not use this company.
Hicks insurance agents are so helpful to work with. I switched home and auto two years ago and by using Hicks they saved me hundreds of dollars a year. I would definitely recommend Hicks.
