I’ve been going here for over 15 years and and for most of them I’ve lived over 30 minutes away. Dr. Hicks is the only medical professional I haven’t changed to be closer to where I live because he does such a great job and the staff is so friendly!
I am leaving a review because I have referred this BRILLIANT dentist and man to so many people... so when i went to Google his Info for a friend, I realized that I have not yet reviewed his office! Dr. Hicks is not only an AMAZING dentist but a brilliant, funny man of character. He does mine, my husband's and my sons teeth and has ALWAYS made us feel incredibly comfortable, and at ease with the entire process. The staff is amazing, friendly and fun as well! This dentist tried to take advantage of my 92 year mother. When my sister attempted to get clarity on her treatment, the dentist was extremely rude to her. This dentist office was supposed to charge in installments while the work was done, but instead took all of her money up front. Very negative experience that finally had to be resolved with the help of a family friend who is also an attorney.
The treatment to one of my family members was appalling.
