Basic Service Work ONLY I was having transmission issues with my car. I took it to Hick's Automotive in Roswell, around the corner form my house, and had them take a look at my auto. They advised the transmission was fine. I then proceeded (over the phone) to have them conduct a 'transmission service' on the car for $250, as to just get the transmission in top working condition since their diagnosis found no problems. Have used for years I have used Hick's Automotive for years. I can tell you that they always do a great job.

great place The BEST customer service I ever received from local auto shop, I placed 3 calls to them before I brought my car in, and they answered all questions I asked, and answered the phone on the first ring every time. I was shocked by their service, I never got the feeling that they were too busy to talk to me.
Honest, Competent, and Fairly Priced We have taken our cars to Hicks Automotive (across from City Hall in Roswell) for several years and think it is a top-notch repair facility. They are always "up front" and tell it like it is and have never done any unnecessary repairs from what we can see. Great people I have used Hicks for 10 years with autos ranging from an old Ford Bronco to a new Infiniti sedan. Fair people, expert knowledge and an excellent reputation distinguish this company. And, unlike visiting a dealership shop, they will analyze the problem and fix only the problem - without suggesting expensive replacements. Highly recommended
