Hicks Auto was an absolute lifesaver! I was on my way to Indianapolis when a metal object in the road sliced one of my sensor wires. They were able to get me in right away and fixed it in no time. The whole team was so friendly and kind, and I really enjoyed chatting with the office staff while I waited. Thanks to them, I made it to my destination without a hitch and everything was perfect. I’m so grateful for their help truly wonderful people who go above and beyond!

Broke down 1200 miles from home got me in to another vehicle and back on the road quickly at a reasonable price
I will NEVER try this place again. Had my cobalt towed there for them to look at, told me it was my alternator and it was going to be over 700-800 dollars. My last cobalts alternator went out and it was NO WHERE near that price. So yeah I said nvm and had it towed to Joseph’s where my car is from. Guess how much they charged just to tell me it was my alternator??? 70!!! Obvious they are all about the money and will get whatever they can. I YouTubed how to do it myself and yeah there is no way it’s 700.
