Let me be real for a second: this shop wasn’t just bad — it was a whole toxic family circus of shortcuts, lies, and chaos. Every time I took a vehicle there, something went wrong in a brand-new way. And not little things — I’m talking full-blown safety hazards. They ‘fixed’ my brake issue by running a wire on the OUTSIDE like they were speed-running failure.
