this place is filled with cockroaches and has mold growing in the apartments. there is no hot water and it is disgusting. Never live here!
Worst place ever. Cant get anything fixed and just take your money. Have no hot water but when we did we had heat on 100 degree days. So instead of fixing we just shut off hot water. Do not rent from this place ever. Be better to be homeless than live here. More bugs and mold than people here to help you out. Can’t wait to see place tore down hopefully.
I have lived here for less then 6 months we have had no hot water for around 2 months I have mold growing in my apartment along with 3 water leaks. I have a gas leak along with that. The owner has given us no contact and refuses to give us our security deposits back. The city has deemed the apartments unlivable. Never move into these apartments. There is so much more wrong with this place. I repeat never move into this apartment. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.
2023 John Sharp Downtown is a very fun place to live. Our maintenance crew is scrabbled a bit and not having a laundry facility was a huge downer Update 4/24 New management 🧐and renovations have been a 180 (drills, hammers saws, lots of people laughing, music, speaking a language I halfway know.
