2023 John Sharp Downtown is a very fun place to live. Our maintenance crew is scrabbled a bit and not having a laundry facility was a huge downer Update 4/24 New management 🧐and renovations have been a 180 (drills, hammers saws, lots of people laughing, music, speaking a language I halfway know. April 2025. . So far the new management .. Riverview Mgmt company is even worse than the last.. The gas was off for 12 days in April..so no hot water..had to go to hotels and friends houses to shower..but they still collected every cent of each tenant rent and utilities... the mail boxes are still broken, so still have to go go PO 7 miles away to collect t mail..still no. elevators.... all of the ammenities posted on the site are non existent..that is a scam. and should be reported to atty general for Conner protection... th... read more
They took my money kept going over and over this they didn't give me back my money I paid them so be careful before you pay them any money they took $200 from me and I didn't even get the apartment
If I could I'd give it a zero star. The Sharp family had sold it to an investor and since then they did do some work there. They had a whole bunch of spanish-speaking people they were probably not citizens of this country, but nonetheless they did fix up some vacant rooms made it look a lot nicer, but in all honesty I think it's ran a lot worse than ever before. the gas and hot water went out for periods of times and it happens at least once a month. Every time the lease renewal is due it's time to pay up more money than it'... read more
