Downtown is a very fun place to live. Our maintenance crew is scrabbled a bit and not having a laundry facility was a huge downer Update 4/24 New management and renovations have been a 180 and we have a small laundry facility now. 2 washers/2 dryers but it's better than nothing! New management again Went from 635 to 770 Now $900 for a studio
Worst apartment complex, and management ever. I decided to go with a luxurious rental to avoid bs, but yet, worst is an under statement. Heat is centrally controlled and the thermostat doesn’t work, and they do not want to replace it. Long story short, they have heat running 24/7 and we are pretty much cooking. I have all windows open, both fans on a the portable ac on. I kid you not, air is so dry and warm that I’m coughing blood.. the avg temp is probably 88, and it’s 15 outside as I’m typing this… Water pressure is as bad... read more
So far this has been a HORRIBLE experience.. The mgr. lied and said they have employees to help move in since the elevator is BROKEN .. Now after signing the lease,... they can only help is you are moving to third floor.. No mail box key several days AFTER signing lease.. seems very slumlord like…there is no mail delivery to the apartment. You have to pick up mail at post office that closes at 4. The property manager blatantly lies for simple issues. The heating system is either over 100 or totally off. No happy medium with ... read more
I loved living here! It was affordable and close to everything. There were some homeless people that hung out in back but they never bothered me. It was before all the renovations and change in staff but if I’m ever back in the area this is where I plan to go.
