We stopped in after a long wait and visit at the vet at NorthShore Animal League. We ordered the BBQ meat combo with ribs, pulled pork and brisket and also got fries, onion rings and corn bread. We expected good food but what we got was better than BBQ we've had down south. I didn't like brisket before today. It melted in my mouth and the pork was perfect. The ribs had a little crunch on the outside and succulent the rest of the way in. You need to eat there! We will be back very soon, once we work off the calories!
Among all the great dishes served at Hickory's is the world renowned Pulled Pork sandwich. Sit back and enjoy one of life's great pleasures.
