It was fast n easy. Had the batteries replaced in the smart lock. In my maintenance request I asked to be called before they came. I was not called and maintenance showed up knocking on the door. It was still early morning so my wife hadn't gone to bed yet but later in the day if she'd had been sleeping the knock on the door could have woken her up, that's why i requested to be called before they came. Everyone has been ewl nice an helpful, from the leasing side of things to maintaince , to the workers that take care of the grounds, kudos to all!!
