Didn't submit a maintenance request , yet I keep getting texts about every other week to review how the maintenance request went. Idk if it's the maintenance team creating their own tickets then automatically saying they completed it or what.
Used to be five stars, unsure why it won’t let me post another one. Called last week because we’ve been getting fleas, have a week notice so I could be off of work to take the cat and all the stuff out of the apartment. Jamesa set it up and told us they’d come between 8-12, my cat got very sick so we were already stressed out and trying to clean up extra well so it was safe for them to come through.
