I have been wanting to try this place since it opened, we had good friends come into town and decided it was time to try it. We had Katie for our waitress and she was very friendly and attentive. The food was very good and I will definitely recommend this place and come back to try other things on the menu. The only problem was I ordered a seltzer water with lime and it had a very strong musty after taste so I got a plain water instead.

It was an amazing find. The salad i had was huge and delicious. The staff was more than helpful too.
First time here. I saw it on maps and it recieved good reviews so figured I'd try it out. It's a sports bar type place. A bunch of tvs etc, nice vibe, not too loud and they have outside seating. I ordered the onion rings as an appetizer, they were pretty good, comes with dipping sauce.nfor my main course I had the 12oz. Ribeye with tots. We have been dining at Hickory Tavern over the years and we have seen their ups and downs. We went there today and had 2 Tavern Salads and shared a burger.and The burger and fries were excellent and were delivered fast and hot! Brittney, our server was great and the manager, Artnetta, made us feel welcome. We shared with her that our experience was great. Cold Beer, Hot, tasty food and excellent service is what it is all about! We will be back!
