I cannot wait to get out of this dump how can I break my lease
This apartment complex is barely deserving of an average rating. I have lived in a few apartment complexes and all were far better than hickory square. Firstly the apartment falls apart. You get the great deal of a \$99 security deposit but have to watch out because at the end of your lease you will be charged for small things that will take your complete security deposit plus hundreds, such as slightly bend blinds, any knick anywhere, small marks on walls that they're supposed to paint anyways. I rate this place ZERO stars the award they brag about being the best apartments deserves to be taken away. Not a kid friendly place, for sure! The dumpsters are always overfilled (they reduced the size of them to save money) there will be bags of garbage behind your trees.I dont live anywhere near the dumpsters... 10 or more cats live here that hiss and have foam from their mouths I just complained today about a dead one I seen right where my kid was walking. GARBAGE Apartments! Had my car broken into, they had repeated fires, AND they charge you WAY to much for what they offer. And as the other guy said they dont abide by their own lease agreement. IF you like loud music and like having your property always at risk then this is the place for you. Reporting anything to the office will result in NOTHING being done
Management is incapable of following by the rules and regulations of their OWN lease!!
