Lived here for a year and 3 months. Had 0 contact with the property manager, everything was done online through email. The only person we could talk to was a contractor who says he does what Marc tells him to do. The long term tenants will file endless complaints and lie about you if they don't like you(Apartment 95). They will let their dog ---- in front of your back porch and not pick it up, but if you are doing something wrong they'll try and fight you and put camera in your face.
